ITEMS:
ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION:
SENIOR SURVEY - (Undergraduate students only)
The Senior Survey is designed to help us determine if Notre Dame is
keeping pace with your educational expectations. We compare your responses
to a similar survey you completed at the beginning of your freshman
year. You will receive an e-mail from Institutional Research with the
direct link to the Senior Survey. The Senior
Survey must be completed in order to request your Commencement
tickets.
UNIVERSITY COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY GUEST TICKETS
Most degree candidates may request up to four guest tickets; however, only
three are guaranteed. The fourth ticket will be granted if enough tickets
are available. If not, a lottery will be held for the fourth ticket. Graduate Business and Graduate School Ph.D. and Masters
degree candidates may request up to two guest tickets.
Degree candidates ordering one ticket before the ticket deadline
will be assigned in the lower arena. Two and three ticket requests will be seated together either in the lower or upper arena. There is
no arena floor seating. This space is reserved for the degree candidates.
If you intend to participate in the Sunday 2:00 p.m. University Commencement
Ceremony, complete the Commencement Ticket
Request (Graduate, Law, and Graduate Business students. Undergraduates
may use this site if they want to change their original options) and
specify the number of Commencement guest tickets no later than Friday,
March 27, 2009. If any of your guests has a physical restriction
and requires special seating, please indicate this in detail on the
request.
Commencement tickets are scheduled to be distributed in the Eck
Visitors Center Auditorium on Thursday and Friday, May 14 and 15, from
10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. In order to obtain your tickets, you must
present your student I.D. (or other photo I.D.) and your receipt showing
that you have rented a cap and gown. The Senior
Survey must be completed or you will not be able to pick-up your
Commencement tickets.
If you will not be on campus until the morning of the Commencement
Ceremony, please inform us (574-631-7043) so that we can make arrangements for you to obtain your tickets.
All tickets are assigned randomly according to the number of tickets
requested.
Commencement tickets are given to each graduate by the University,
but may not be transferred for a consideration (including, but not limited
to money, gifts, property). Violation of this regulation may mean you
will not be allowed to receive or retain any Commencement tickets.
Closed circuit television of the ceremony will be available in DeBartolo
Hall for those guests who do not have tickets.
