Is there a fee for university-sanctioned student organizations
to reserve a classroom?
No; however, university-sanctioned student groups wishing to reserve
a classroom for their meetings need to go to the Student Activities
web site http://sao.nd.edu. Please
follow the instructions listed on their site.
May I reserve a room to practice a presentation for class?
Students needing to prepare for audio-visual class presentations
must go through their instructor or the department of the course.
Departments and some faculty have access to an on-line request web
site http://classrooms.nd.edu. All events
MUST be requested on-line at least one business day before the event
begins.
