NEW Electronic Workflow Version – For the creation of new courses, this form should be completed and submitted electronically. The designated Dean's Office will then review the submission. Upon approval, the New Course submission will be available for the Office of the Registrar to create the new course. This form should also be used for creating new sections of existing courses when eTUSC is not available. For new sections, the Dean's approval will be bypassed.
