Using CourseLeaf to Schedule Classes
CourseLeaf CLSS is the application used by the academic departments, the deans, and the Office of the Registrar to build and modify the schedules of class offerings each semester. The initial schedule for each semester is constructed using the previous Fall, Spring or Summer course offerings for every department as a foundation, a process we call "rolling the term". From this foundation, the departments and deans use the CourseLeaf application to revise the class schedule in preparation for student web registration.
