If you would like to hold your transcript request from being processed until after semester grades have been submitted, please select "hold for grades" during the ordering process. If you are a graduating student and would like for your transcript request to be held until your degree will appear on your transcript, please select "hold for degree"during the ordering process.
Beginning November 16, all current student transcript requests will be automatically held for processing until after the grading process is complete.
Login to insideND and use the "Transcript Request" task (within the Student Academic Services task center) to order your transcript. Your authentication into insideND is the required "signature" for your transcript order. You can also track your order at "Transcript Status".
If you have a form that needs to be attached to your transcript, you may attach a saved, scanned, or PDF copy during the ordering process.
If you enter your campus dorm address, you must come to the Office of the Registrar to pick-up your transcript(s).
An electronic transcript is an official transcript that is converted into a PDF document and delivered to the recipient by our contracted provider, Parchment. Visit the etranscript site for further information.

Express mail and International express mail
The charge for using express mail varies by ZIP code and is payable by providing your credit card number and expiration date. P.O. Box addresses will NOT be accepted by express mail companies.
Mail your transcript
Transcripts are normally mailed directly to the person, school, or company you indicated. Please fill in the appropriate mailing address.
Pick up your transcript
Transcripts may be picked up by the student/former student in the Office of the Registrar one to two working days after receipt of the request. A photo I.D. is required. If you wish to have your transcripts picked up by another individual, please submit a signed authorization to the Office of the Registrar.
