(If you are an Alumnus or former student, please go to the former student/Alumnus transcript request page.)
Transcript requests will be processed beginning on Monday, May 21, due to grading and degree processes. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Login to insideND and use the "Transcript Request" task (within the Student Academic Services task center) to order your transcript. Your authentication into insideND is the required "signature" for your transcript order. You can also track your order at "Transcript Status".
If you have a form that needs to be attached to your transcript, you may bring it to the Office of the Registrar or, you can scan and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you enter your campus dorm address, you must come to the Office of the Registrar to pick-up your transcript(s).
The Office of the Registrar offers official electronic transcripts (e-transcripts). Students who wish to send an official electronic transcript directly to the Law School Admission Council (LSAC) or to the American Medical College Application Service (AMCAS) should utilize the LSAC or the AMCAS Electronic Transcript options. All other electronic transcripts should select the Official Electronic Transcript type.
An electronic transcript is an official transcript that is converted into a PDF document and delivered to the recipient by our contracted provider, eScrip-Safe. Visit the e-transcript site for further information.
Other Transcript Information
Express mail and International express mail
The charge for using express mail varies by ZIP code and is payable by providing your credit card number and expiration date. P.O. Box addresses will NOT be accepted by express mail companies.
Mail your transcript
Transcripts are normally mailed directly to the person, school, or company you indicated. Please fill in the appropriate mailing address.
The content of the official transcript is converted into a PDF document and delivered to the recipient by eScrip-Safe. Visit the e-transcript site for further information.
Pick up your transcript
Transcripts may be picked up by the student/former student in the Office of the Registrar one to two working days after receipt of the request. A photo I.D. is required. If you wish to have your transcripts picked up by another individual, please submit a signed authorization to the Office of the Registrar.
Faxing your transcript
If you are requesting your Transcript to be faxed, fill in the "Fax #" and the "ATTN" line (for former students), current students follow the directions on insideND. All transcripts that are faxed (unofficial) must be followed up with an official mailed copy. Hence, the mailing address must also be completed. If a mailing address for the official transcript is not provided, the transcript will be sent to your current mailing address. Please note that transcripts are printed on security paper and faxing the copy will cause the words "ILLEGAL COPY" to appear over the face of the entire document. We will attempt to fax your request twice. If these attempts fail because of the receiving equipment or fax number, the transcript will only be mailed.
