Transcript types

Electronic

An electronic transcript is an official transcript that is converted into a PDF document and delivered to the recipient by our contracted provider, Parchment. 

Paper

Transcripts are normally mailed directly to the person, school, or company you indicated. Please fill in the appropriate mailing address.

Processing Time

Transcript orders are processed as quickly as possible with electronic transcripts going out multiple times per day and paper normally within two business days of receiving the request. Please allow extra procesing time if you created a new Former Student account with Parchment, or at the end of the semester due to the volume of requests normally received and end of term grading processes.

Express mail (Canada and Mexico - International First)	$50.00	In addition to the cost of transcripts – Maximum 5 transcripts per request Only physical addresses allowed P.O. Boxes cannot be used
International express (International First)	$70.00	In addition to the cost of transcripts – Maximum 5 transcripts per request Only physical addresses allowed P.O. Boxes cannot be used
